What is the fee for a substance abuse assessment?

When is payment expected for my substance abuse assessment or for treatment services?

Payments for services must be made, in full, prior to the substance abuse assessment.

What if I schedule and pay for an assessment or a treatment appointment and need to cancel my appointment?

If cancellations are made forty-eight hours, or more, prior to the scheduled assessment, full payments refunded.
If cancellations are made in forty-eight hours, or less, prior to the scheduled assessment, a 50% refund will be returned.

What if I am present for my scheduled assessment or appointment but the counselor isn’t able or present to facilitate?

If the counselor isn’t able or present to facilitate an assessment, a full refund will be returned to the client.

What if I pay for and schedule an assessment and I forget to log on?

How much time should I set aside for a substance abuse assessment?

When can I expect to receive my substance abuse assessment?

You can expect to receive your substance abuse assessment within two business days of your completed assessment.

How will I receive my substance abuse assessment?

Your substance abuse assessment will be emailed to the email address you provide.

Who will receive my substance abuse assessment?

You and/or your attorney will receive a copy of your substance abuse assessment.

Is my assessment confidential?
